The brief

To provide in-house training to improve our client’s processes and understanding of working with agency partners.


Outright Games has many agency and supplier relationships due to the nature of their gaming products and licences. They came to us to better understand how to improve their working agency relationships.

We defined and delivered a full-day training course, which covered best practice and the briefing process; plus upskilled the team with briefing templates and an action plan to implement with their agencies.
