To lead the brand development process alongside Pepsi’s in-house team, creating a detailed 18 month brand plan for the UK market.

OUR ROLE

As client-side marketers, we’ve been involved in the brand planning process for many brands and sectors, so we were delighted to support Pepsi’s long-term brand plan for their UK market.

As an extension of the in-house marketing team, we scoped new channels and routes to market, sizing these opportunities and identifying the key actions to allow these opportunities to be fully unlocked.
