The brief

To advise and lead the development of the new IPM diploma, with the IPM’s training faculty, to define the new syllabus, create syllabus content for face-to-face training for agency marketers completing the IPM Diploma.

OUR ROLE

As an Education Consultant for the IPM diploma, Abby provided an education pathway for agency marketers from junior roles to senior roles/MD – with a focus on redeveloping the diploma syllabus. This course has, and is, an invaluable training programme for creative and activation agencies. An essential guide to Account Management, with our ever changing industry, the course needed to hold its credibility and reflect the changes of the industry.

WHAT WE DID DIFFERENTLY

Upskill – defined and shared best practice process, for not only training but assessment and moderation methods.

Bring plans to life – worked with subject matter experts to create the training content. Trained the communications team on the benefits of the training to support communications the sell in of the new diploma course and supported to develop a communication push.

Variety of approaches – Participants learn through a variety of learning methods including face-to-face training sessions, exclusive case studies, online learning and individual assessments.
